Tricks of the Trade

Peek-a-boo!! I love this tushy! HAPPY ST. PATTY'S DAY! 

The past few months I have been tapping into my artistic, crafty side. Since I can remember I've always been infatuated with art, painting, sketching, sewing-any craft really. I love doing hands on projects and I love creating something of my own. Currently there is no room here for my easel so I've been sewing and embroidering. I have made 2 blankets for Kyser and one for Zavier. Also a blanket for my best friends first daughter and our cousins first baby girl. I wanted to share some pics because frankly- I am pretty darn proud of myself.

this is the matching pillow for Rosella with her initials monogrammed on it

This is the second blanket I made for Kyser. He loves dinosaurs and Mom Mom loooves this fabric!

..and this is baby Zavier's first blanket I made for him.


p.s. Thank you mom for showing me the 'tricks of the trade' when I was a little girl. It really made my imagination blossom.
